- Had lunch with the any-way team. Burger on Mission Street was amazing, and the Waymo and robotaxi experience was impressive.
- Spent time working but produced no tangible outputs. Need to be aware of this.
- Seen so many startups burn through a month or two without making any real progress. To avoid this, we must focus on making 'postable' progress every single day before bed (just like Cursor or Claude Code).
- No more self-indulgent thoughts like "worked hard today, finish this tomorrow."
